How Jeff Holmgren Ripped off Jiggs and PhanArt

Greetings, phans. Just a post to let you know about Mr. Holmgren and how he's taken an idea from PhanArt and myself. He has ripped the art directly from one of our stickers and passed the design off as his own.

Below are all the versions of this design we have produced up to this point.

Also...here's one of the first runs of stickers we did in 2009:

And....here is Jeff Holmgren's stolen version:

Please remember that this design is still available from PhanArt. Jiggs Lot and PhanArt takes a portion of their proceeds and donates to the Mockingbird Foundation.

Please purchase this design here, rather than from Jeff.

    1. So you are saying any lot shirt you see can be taken and copied. Just checking on your logic, lol.

keep em coming though. "anonymous" lol

    2. Yes, lot shirts can be copied. They aren't trademarked material. Good or bad, right or wrong, doesn't matter. No trademark no protection. Good day to you.

For someone who has been in this business for so long I would think that you would have grasped this concept by now and not get so butt hurt every time this happened. MSG didn't get but hurt when you stole they're logo for your shirt...why should you??

  5. All you motherfuckers are gonna pay. You are the ones who are the ball-lickers. We're gonna fuck your mothers while you watch and cry like little, whiny bitches. Once we get to Hollywood and find those Miramax fucks who is makin' the movie... we're gonna make them eat our shit, then shit out our shit, and then eat their shit that's made up of our shit that we made 'em eat. Then you're all you motherfucks are next.

  7. it's called "trademark" look it up. If you don't have a trademark, it's free game.

    2. If you dont have a patent there is nothing you can do besides bitch online about it. You're profiting off Phish's music by making shirts and shit off their material. Toughen up dude.

    2. How about the ghost shirt? That's obviously stolen. It wouldn't be much of a spoof without the familiar image of the ghostbuster ghost.

    3. LMAO. You would have a point if it was the exact same mash up someone else did. please try again. lol

    4. You obviously haven't spent enough time looking at that design. The spoof works because it alters the OG design. lol. Like I said, keep trying.

    1. Both of those were in production at the same time. Holly was aware of it per our conversation in the lot at Deer Creek 2010. The two designs were different, but the Bowlings didn't speak up until they saw the pin. We both agreed to stop making it, and I sent Jeff 35 of the pins as a goodwill gesture.

      lol.

      So....keep trying kids.
