Congratulations were in order for Twitter user @JedLuckless for being randomly selected as the winner of the Reba shirt giveaway...but I never heard from him after retweeting, emailing and Direct Messaging for an hour. Twitter moves pretty fast Jed. A surprise second drawing was also held for a set of three stickers, but @cogstweets also failed to respond.
